Every agency in this directory has its own referral code. Ask your agent for theirs, or take the one shown on their agency page.

The code is checked as you type. When it matches, the discount is confirmed on screen and attached to your enquiry.

We confirm it in writing

The 10% is applied to the inspection fee and shown on the written confirmation before the inspection is booked.

If a code does not match

Enter it anyway and tell us who referred you. We will check the office and apply the discount if it is one of ours — or send the code on to your agency.

About this directory

Listings reflect inspection work we have carried out for that office — end-of-lease pest control, pre-purchase pest and building inspections, or both — either directly or through their buyer and tenant clients. Codes apply to the inspection fee only, one code per property, and are confirmed in writing before a booking is taken. If your agency is not listed, ask us — we will confirm whether we have worked with them.
